Country Fair Tomorrow!!!

You’re invited to New Covenant Community Church’s County Fair. We’re all about “GOING BIG” and Easter Weekend is no exception. You think the Easter Egg roll at the White House is a big deal, but it’s got nothing on the NewCov Country Fair. Sure, we’ll have the Easter Egg hunt, and it will be HUGE, but we just can’t stop there. We’re having a full-blown County Fair that will include:

• A Old Fashioned Carnival with Games
• Amazing fair food
• Toe Tapping Music
• And, of course, the Easter Egg Hunt for the Little Kids

So grab the whole family, jump in the car and join us for NewCov’s Country Fair on Saturday, April 3rd from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm right here at NewCov.

Just a reminder that Saturday, November 14th, from 12pm - 4pm NewCov is holding our annual boutique! In addition to the normal cool vendors we, NewCov MOPS, are having a booth too! This will raise money for all our events this year. We have baby blankets, jewelry, a beautiful print from HopeInk and more! So stop by!

It's Time for Tea!

* 9:00 am to 11:00 am Holiday Tea
* 11:00 am to 12:00 pm Private Shopping hour for tea attendees
* 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm Boutique open to the public

This event is open to all women, regardless if New Cov is your home church or not.

Don’t miss out on this fun filled day as we enjoy God’s gift of laughter, have a beautiful brunch, and enjoy some shopping from our many quality vendors. The featured speaker is the hilarious Christian comedian Kelly Sisney. Ticket cost per person is $20. (MOPS can help with this cost as needed.)

You can purchase tickets at the Women’s Ministry cart on Sunday mornings or respond here that you would like a spot and we can reserve you a seat. This year MOPS has two tables (for a total of 16 seats available). Feel free to bring your mom, sister or friend along with you!

Homeschool Informational Meeting

Thinking about homeschooling? Want to know what you have to do and what is optional? If so please join me this Tuesday (June 16th) at 9am for an informal meeting upstairs at New Covenant Church. There is even free childcare but I must know how many kids you will be bringing. Feel free to invite anyone who might be interested but I must have a count for childcare. Also, email me any questions you have about homeschooling so I can make sure that I am covering what you all need. Remember there are no dumb questions!

Got Gently Used Clothes?

If you do, bring them to MOPs on Tuesday. We are collecting clothes for the Teen MOPs Shop. These girls have worked hard gaining points to go shopping. So just bring your gently used baby items and clothes (up to about 4T) to MOPs this Tuesday. This is a great way to give to others!

1More Way to Help:

The MOPs shop will be held the 3rd Tuesday of March and Teen MOPS could use some help setting up. Just folding and laying everything out for the girls. If you would like to help just let me know and I will put you in contact with those who are doing it.

Navigate is a new ministry that desires to stand beside you as you help your children navigate today's media.

Are you
Intimidated by today's technology?
Astonished by lyrics to your kid's favorite music?
Concerned by what your children are experiencing in today's media?

Navigate is geared towards the mother, grandmother, aunt or caregiver who has questions or concerns about today's technology including: internet, iPods, cell phones, video games, cable/satellite, etc.

If you feel overwhelmed and under informed this class is for you!
Come and let us encourage you and gently guide you through some of today's turbulent waters.

Bible Study is Starting!

I just wanted to let you all know (or remind those of you who did know;) that the Thursday Morning Bible Study starts this week. I am so excited because we are going to have an awesome study on Matthew 5 and 6. Denise is always an awesome teacher and the tables are a great place for discussion. Also there will be food! If you liked (or missed it and want to try) my Spinach Sausage Egg Casserole, it is scheduled to make an appearance;).

Study is from 9-11 in the Chapel (the same place we have MOPS). There is child care and food!
